The 22nd NABC Convention will be held during July 3rd through July 5, 2008 at the Hilton Hotel in New York at 1335 Avenue of the Americas, NY 10019. This grand forum will attract over 20,000 participants from all over the world.
Exhibition booths, stalls for jewelry, clothing, audio, video, books, electronics, and other variety of items will be available for rent. All interested businesses and vendors are welcome to participate in this colorful event. Stall will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Terms and Conditions:
1. For rent price of 8' X 8' space, please contact us at the Dhaka ABCCI Office at 8840992-3. U.S. residents may contact the Convener or Member Secretary directly at 917-744-7308 or 917-528-7592, respectively.
2. Vendor will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the allocated area and the waste materials.
3. Exhibitors/Vendors will pay half of the rent along with completed application signed by June 1, 2008 as non-refundable deposit and the other half is due by June 30. If final payment is not received by the due date, the deposit will be forfeited and the space will be rented to other interested exhibitors/vendors.
